Job Description

• Support : Assist with tasks and responsibilities as needed (mostly mornings / afternoons PST) - 20 hours / week.
• Calendar & Inbox Management : Handle calendar + inbox (scheduling, time audits, first line of defense, draft emails).
• Preparation & Follow-ups : Prep meetings (bios, context), follow-ups, tasks, and notes.
• Financial Management : Manage documents & database (create, organize, file & update content), plan events (individual & business events), plan travel (research and book flights, hotels, vehicles, services, activities), online research, shop (place orders, find best price on X, snap photo and find online), household admin (find house cleaner, trainer, replenish groceries, etc).
