Senior Legal Advisor

Job Description

The Counsel is a vital role in our organization, providing expert legal support across all brands and departments. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in commercial contracts, marketing, advertising, and consumer protection.

As a Counsel, you will provide hands-on in-house support, structuring and negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various stakeholders. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring compliance with regulations and safeguarding the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contract Management : You will structure, negotiate, coordinate, and execute contracts for real property agreements, franchise agreements, professional services agreements, and more.
• Legal Advice : Present complex legal information to support informed business decisions, working closely with Senior Counsel to develop processes and best practices.
• Network and Communication : Build effective internal relationships with functional leaders and business stakeholders to continuously improve contract and marketing review processes.
• Training and Development : Develop educational modules and trainings to proactively mitigate risk, increase efficiency, and improve communication.
