Objective :

Ensure legal compliance and protect the company’s interests by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal advice on corporate matters.

Responsibilities :

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, supplier, employment, and other legal contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations and company policies.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks in the company’s operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of contractual clauses.
• Handle contractual disputes and provide support in legal proceedings involving the company.
• Keep corporate legal documentation updated and in compliance with regulations.
• Represent the company before governmental or regulatory entities when necessary.
