Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to support Another Company’s operations across Latin America.
• Oversee the full signature process with legal representatives involved.
• Contribute to document integration to increase efficiency in contract drafting and filing processes.
• Provide legal support in Mexico and Latin America for communication, marketing, and advertising matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts and strategic agreements with brands and third parties.
• Provide ongoing legal advice to commercial teams to ensure compliance with internal financial policies (e.g., payment terms, penalties, approvals), and assist in case of disputes or special business needs.
