Senior Lawyer

Overview

inDrive is an international ride-hailing service headquartered in Mountain View, CA. We are a high-tech company expanding our legal department and seeking a talented and experienced professional to be the Senior Lawyer. The role involves working with external suppliers, advising on Mexico and LATAM matters, and creating new processes for inVision projects. CVs in English will be considered primarily. This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

What you will do

• Legal research : conducting complex legal research and analysis for implementation of educational, cultural, sports and other socially oriented impact projects.
• Legal support of launches : leading legal support of project launches in the LATAM region.
• Legal advisory : providing expert legal advice on topics related to non-profit projects and initiatives; review of publications and marketing materials.
• Regulatory monitoring : monitoring relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents affecting impact projects in the countries of presence.
• Drafting and reviewing terms of use, policies and contracts, including services, sponsorship, cooperation, donation agreements and others.
• Oversight of legal compliance : working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure impact projects’ compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Corporate support of NGOs.
