Operations Project Manager

Descripción del trabajoConduct thorough project reviews to ensure alignment with objectives and requirements. Manage project documentation including Statements of Work (SOW), estimates, sketches, and any special instructions. Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain access information required for project execution. Share all project details with the field Operations team and facilitate effective communication channels. Send out start date emails and maintain threads for OPS updates throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate clearances and approvals necessary for project commencement. Confirm any pending information and follow up on outstanding requirements. Complete Slack forms for project metrics tracking and reporting purposes. Update CRM based on the status and progress of projects, including deal information. Provide support to the customer service team and the operations team
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to join our team. Will play a crucial role in overseeing project documentation, coordinating tasks within the team, and facilitating effective communication among various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Compensation is 1500 USD per month.
Job Requirements :
- Work in Pacific Standard Time (8 am - 5 pm)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
- Previous experience in operations coordination, project management, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in English communication.
