About The Role

The Product Delivery Manager is responsible for the delivery of new functionality or products to CargoSprint customers. Managing the full implementation lifecycle to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery, the Delivery Manager leads and manages the Product Delivery Team’s daily activities, providing guidance, as needed. They also partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Customer Experience (CX) and Learning Center of Excellence (LCOE) Teams to ensure all customer expectations are met or exceeded.

What You\'ll Do

• Demonstrates logistics business domain expertise, SaaS and technology acumen
• Manage the customer relationship and expectations through the full implementation lifecycle
• Work with customers in a pre-sales capacity to gather raw requirements for delivery
• Analyze requirements and identify gaps versus existing capabilities
• Support Product Engineering Manager to define any development needed, as well as related budget and necessary resourcing
• Create full phase implementation plan to include configurations, integrations, data migrations, customer acceptance, documentation, training, and communication plans, as well as hyper-care oversight
• Facilitate acceptance testing to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are satisfied
• Manage rollout of feature to customers, setting and managing delivery deadlines and milestones
• Work with customer to set market communications strategy and plan
• Onboard new users through various training methods
• Liaise to the LCOE for the development of resource guides, training materials, communications, website and promotional materials and tools
• Key role during hyper-care in post go live scenarios
• Pursue opportunities to create product and business opportunities
