We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Client Success (Agile Delivery) to guide our Agile teams in delivering high-quality products that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will implement the Scrum framework, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles. In addition to traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, this role will require a strong ability to capture client requirements and translate them into detailed user stories, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution.

Key responsibilities :

Scrum Framework Implementation and Agile Principles Advocacy :

• Guide teams in adopting and utilizing the Scrum framework to maximize efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure adherence to Agile values and principles.
• Promote collaboration, self-organization, and accountability within the team.
