Descripción del trabajoEstablish and optimize the terminal training system, and develop and implement annual training plans. Research terminal training needs, design & develop training courses. Organize and manage various FF training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness. Build a team of training instructors and maintain external training resources. Promote the construction of agent headquarters learning organizations and enhance country training participation. Complete other tasks assigned within the group. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in HR resource management, education, or related fields. 5 years of training experience. 3 years of team management experience. 3 years in large enterprises experience. Familiar with training system construction & operation, Rich experience in training project design and implementation. Excellent communication, coordination, organizational planning, & team management skills. Strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, & ability to adapt to the fast-paced work environment. The mobile phone industry background. Experience using Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in Spanish and English.
