IT Manager – Corporate Functions (Latam)

Objective :
Lead and manage IT systems for Common Functions (Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal, Compliance, Marketing), Aftersales, and Group Distributors across the LATAM region. This role will drive business-focused, secure, and efficient IT solutions aligned with regional and global strategies.

Lead and develop the team by setting clear performance expectations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, manage workload distribution, support career development, and promote collaboration across technical and cross-functional teams.
Profile :
Education : Bachelor´s degree with focus on Business Administration or in IT.
Previous experience : 5-8 years of proven work experience in IT and / or automotive industry
Languages : Advanced English
