For this role, we are looking for their next Channel Network Manager, who will be responsible of :
Develop a medium-to-long-term strategy for the new energy channel development in the Mexican market, including channel model selection, regional coverage plan, and development pace.
Based on market data and insights, formulate annual and quarterly channel development plans, clearly defining target cities, number of outlets, and opening schedules, and be accountable for the development targets.
Design industry-competitive and commercially logical store investment policies, incentive and subsidy programs to attract top partners.
Establish a complete standard operating procedure (SOP) for channel development, covering the entire process from potential partner screening, qualification assessment, business negotiation, contract signing to store opening.
Develop new hardware store standards and software operation standards (digital tools, service processes, employee certification system).
Lead the launch projects of new outlets, coordinate internal resources (marketing, training, after-sales), and ensure the smooth implementation of the entire process.
