Telecom Expert in Network Operations

Job Description :

We are seeking an expert in telecom operations and maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network operations and maintenance processes, organizational structures, and architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecom networks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize performance.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and cross-functional coordination
• Analyze customer needs, design scenario-based solutions, and prepare clear presentation materials
• Communicate effectively with CXO-level clients, align internal goals with customer KPIs and pain points

Required Skills and Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in field operation with telecom, with a strong background in optimization and planning for GSM and GPRS or UMTS. Additionally, the candidate should have a good understanding of telecom network operations and maintenance processes, organizational structures, and architecture.
