Senior Network Solutions Specialist

Job Role :

• A seasoned network engineer with expertise in telecommunications and IT is required to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of customer requirements and be able to design and implement solutions that meet their needs.

About the Role :

The Network Solutions Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing complex networks and telecommunications systems. This includes the provision and testing of IP transit, MPLS VPN, IPX services and backbone circuits, as well as troubleshooting carrier-level backbone and enterprise customer networking issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree (or bachelor degree with 5+ year related experience) in IT or Telecommunications and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in telecommunication and / or network engineering work.

We are looking for an individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role involves working with different teams in various time zones to ensure service delivery meets customer requirements. It also requires collaboration with the network department in Hong Kong for day-to-day operations and with third-party vendors for equipment upgrades.
