About The Team

At Nutanix, the Developer Productivity Network Operations team is a global team supporting Developer Productivity within the Engineering Organization. You will report to the Senior Network Operations Manager, who supports your professional development and resources needed to excel.

Your Role

• Proactively monitor and verify the integrity and availability of all network, application, and build infrastructure services.
• Enhance datacenter observability for engineering hardware and infrastructure.
• Manage capacity planning and hardware asset management.
• Streamline operational functions by integrating datacenter and network operations.
• Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Establish metrics to measure efficiency and operational success.
• Maintain and update documentation for processes and policies.
• Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
