Team Lead Network Planning (m / f / d)

About the Role

• Lead your team to design, develop, and scale a robust and profitable bus network across the United States and Mexico, balancing travel demand, profitability, and sustainability
• Work closely with business partners, revenue management, and other teams to plan and implement FlixBus lines, ensuring smooth line starts and operations
• Analyze data on market trends, competition, passenger movement, and viability to define the regional network, optimize bus lines to meet customer travel demand, and ensure a scalable, profitable bus network by balancing costs and revenue
• You have strong bias for action - you analyze internal data and seek data from ground ops, bus partners, customer feedback and business development teams to refine the network and make quick incremental changes to get it to most optimal state
• Build, train and lead a high-performing team, fostering the positive culture of accountability and collaboration and ensure the ongoing health of the Berlin HQ culture within the growing Mexico City Hub
• Act as a Local Ambassador and will be taking responsibility for transferring knowledge from our Global HQ to the local teams. Your role is crucial in ensuring alignment with our mission while fostering a deep understanding of our practices, values, and standards at the local level
