Job Description : As the IT Procurement Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement platforms and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement operations, supporting our teams with advanced technological solutions and continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Management : Administer and maintain procurement platforms, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Process Optimization : Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Technical Support : Provide technical support to platform users, resolving issues and answering queries.
- System Integration : Coordinate the integration of new tools and technologies with existing platforms.
- Training : Train users on procurement platforms and best practices.
- Monitoring and Evaluation : Monitor platform performance and evaluate the impact on procurement processes.
- Security and Compliance : Ensure platforms meet security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration : Work closely with IT and procurement teams to align platforms with business needs.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field.Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in procurement and platform administration, with experience in a multinational company.Technical Skills : Proficiency with ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Suite.Project Management : Experience in managing technological projects and implementing new tools.Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze system performance and propose improvements.Communication Skills : Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.Hybrid Position : Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work.Competencies
