Descripción del trabajoProvide leadership and expertise in planning, organizing, coordinating, and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customer expectations. Responsible for managing the utilization of equipment, facilities, and personnel to obtain maximum efficiency and meet performance objectives. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods and coordination of people and resources. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining. Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus plant-wide. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions. Monitor all internal systems for accuracy and compliance with company rules, standards, expectations, and applicable laws. Controls significant manufacturing projects, plans and schedules facility assignments, and sets priorities. Supports cross-functional teams to proactively develop product and service solutions. Prepares budgets for approval, including those for funding and implementation of programs. Analyzes technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Professional Degree Mexico national citizenship or foreign citizenship with valid work visa or permit Persona física, Régimen Simplificado de Confianza Persona física, Régimen de Actividades Empresariales y Profesionales Bi-lingual : fluent / conversational in English and Spanish Thorough knowledge of product and production processes Experience with increased responsibility and management in manufacturing facility management, supply chain, production, plant management, operations, etc. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a project management environment Ability to identify complex problems and develop and evaluate options to implement solutions Experience with continuous improvement / lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Lean Manufacturing) Past experiences as one of : Top Consultant, Production Manager, Plant Manager, Vice President, Strategic Subject Matter Expert, Operations Leader, Quality Manager, Materials Manager, etc. Able to travel internationally (USA mainly) Mid-Senior level Contract Other IT Services and IT Consulting
Overview
Belcan is seeking an Advisor / Consultant - Senior Leader to work for our customers throughout Mexico. As a subcontracted advisor through Belcan, you will deploy to our customers and / or suppliers as needed to support projects related to strategic manufacturing and supply chain leadership and consulting. This job requires on-site work at customers and / or customer suppliers, with domestic travel as needed. Strong manufacturing and supply chain leadership and supervisory skills are required to drive measurable solutions and outcomes. The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively across all levels within the organization is critical.
