Senior SaaS Sales Representative Job Description

As a Senior SaaS Sales Representative, you will lead revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to discovery calls, demos, negotiation, and closing. This is a strategic role for someone who thrives in a startup environment, has a strong background in SaaS subscription sales, and ideally understands the freight / logistics industry.

Key responsibilities include building relationships with enterprise-level prospects, driving deals to close, and contributing directly to expansion in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and international markets. You'll be responsible for running personalized demos, addressing technical questions, and transitioning accounts to onboarding.

Core Experience :

  • SaaS Sales (Cloud-based / Subscription Model) : Proven experience selling software delivered via online subscription, not traditional on-premise solutions.
  • Freight / Logistics Knowledge : Beneficial to understand freight movement in the U.S., but SaaS sales expertise is more critical.
  • Bilingual Ability : English is required; Spanish is highly valuable for international growth.

Qualifications :

  • 6 years of SaaS subscription sales experience (flexible—A players with strong process and follow-up are most important).
  • Freight / logistics experience preferred, but not required.
  • Proven track record of managing long sales cycles and closing complex, enterprise-level deals.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound skills (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone calls, video calls, and technical demos.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish Native).
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
