If so, keep readingThe position : Listing SpecialistWe're looking for a Short Term Rental Listing Specialistwho thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You'll be responsible for closely monitoring listing performance, tracking conversion metrics, and making regular updates to ensure our properties outperform the competition across OTAs.

If you have a keen eye for detail, are comfortable with data, and have experience managing listings on Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty and Hostaway, as well as OTAs like Airbnb, VRBO, and , we want to hear from youAs ourListing Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of our clients' property listings.

This includes continuously improving existing listings to maximize visibility, performance, and bookings, integrating new properties, optimizing channel distribution, and executing updates.

Working closely with other departments, you'll ensure our listings are accurate, appealing, and meet the high standards of Angel Host and our platform partners.Specifically, we need you to : OPTIMIZE Listings for Performance : Produce regular performance (IQ) reports for all listings in your portfolio.Analyze data like Views, Click-through rates, and Booking Conversions.Identify underperforming listings and improve them (content, photos, amenities, etc.).

Apply optimization tips and follow up to make sure they increase bookings.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and refresh listings when needed.Execute Listing CHANGES & Maintain Accuracy : Handle bulk updates and individual listing changes quickly and accurately.Ensure all details (descriptions, photos, policies) are consistent across all platforms.Continuously improve the listing management process.Become a Platform Expert & Collaborate Across TeamsStay up to date with platform best practices, new features, and changes (Airbnb, Vrbo, , Expedia, etc.).

Stay updated on changes and new features in Property Management Systems.

(We work with a wide variety of PMSs such as Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Hostfully, Streamline, OwnerRez, 365 Villas, Lodgify, and more.).

Work closely with Onboarding, Account Management, Customer Service, and Revenue Management teams.Be flexible and ready to take on other tasks as needed in our start-up environment.Integrate New Properties : Set up new properties in our PMS (Guesty).

Work with the Onboarding team to ensure proper integration on time.Make sure all new listings are accurate, complete, and optimized for success.Set up necessary settings, automations, and client portals for listings.Manage Channel Distribution : Publish and optimize listings on OTAs like Airbnb, , VRBO, Expedia, etc.Troubleshoot and fix any issues between the PMS and OTAs.Follow best practices to ensure listings meet each platform's requirements.Help with tasks like pre-filling onboarding forms.Flexibility & Team Spirit : Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment where tasks and priorities may shift.Be open to taking on additional responsibilities and adjusting your schedule when required to accommodate client availability.Is this job for you?

Well, it is if : You have excellent grammar and spelling in both English and Spanish, written and oral.You have at least 1-2 years of experience in Short Term Rentallisting integration, distribution, or management.

• You have experience with PMSsystems like Guesty, Hostaway, or similar.
• You are tech-savvy, agile in learning and leveraging AI tools, and comfortable adapting to new technologies.
• You are available for a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule (variable start time between 8 am and 10 am EST)- You are proactive, show initiative, and are extremely- detail-oriented,thriving in a role where precision is essential.
• You're not afraid to reach out to clients to make recommendations and request extra information to improve their listings.
• You have strong organizational skillsand can manage multiple tasksand priorities.
