Shift team lead (Maintenance)

Descripción del trabajoEngineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical / Electrical) Experience in Maintenance in the Automotive or Metalworking industry. Knowledge of electrical and electronic controls, Drives, Servo Positioning, AC and DC Motors, PLCs, IPCs, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Basic knowledge of general mechanics, TCUs, Communication protocols applied to electrical / electronic controls, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance. Experience in Manufacturing processes. Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in personnel management. English level : Basic. Availability to rol shifts.
Job Description
- Properly manage the Company's assigned resources to contribute to the fulfillment of the Plant's objectives in accordance with the corporation's guidelines in maintenance for the final goods area.
- Proper administration of work orders.
