About the Role
Define the company's overall vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the automotive.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of the strategic plan, ensuring the achievement of commercial, operational, financial, and technological innovation goals.
- Provide direct leadership to key functional areas, including Operations, Materials, Tooling, Business Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Customer Service, ensuring aligned and results-driven management.
- Represent the company before key customers, government agencies, investors, and industry associations in both the automotive.
- Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring the availability of raw materials, molds, and equipment with optimal quality and cost.
- Ensure the company’s profitability and long-term sustainability, leading key financial decisions in coordination with the CFO, CEO and the board of directors.
