Job Description :

The Plant Operations Executive is responsible for defining the company's overall vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities in the automotive industry.

• Lead and oversee the execution of the strategic plan, ensuring achievement of commercial, operational, financial, and technological innovation goals.
• Provide direct leadership to key functional areas, including operations, materials, tooling, business development, quality, manufacturing, program management, and customer service, ensuring aligned and results-driven management.
• Represent the company before key customers, government agencies, investors, and industry associations in both the automotive and technology sectors.
• Manage strategic relationships with key suppliers, ensuring availability of raw materials, molds, and equipment with optimal quality and cost.
• Ensure the company's profitability and long-term sustainability, leading key financial decisions in coordination with the CFO, CEO, and the Board of Directors.
