Job Title : Customer Support CoordinatorKey Responsibilities : Support senior account managers in customer needs departments;Visit clients to communicate with North American customers regarding their needs, maintain client relationships, and explore new business opportunities;Respond to product demands from North American clients, coordinate and resolve sales issues before, during, and after the sale;Track new project developments from clients, assist senior account sales managers with quotations, and facilitate the completion of project approvals and acquisition of client orders;Coordinate effectively with production, technology, and project departments to ensure timely delivery of product orders and meet customer needs;Handle and consolidate feedback on post-sales issues from clients, and drive improvements in the sales service process.Requirements : Bachelor's degree or higher; Major not limited;Over three years of relevant experience in automotive parts or metal stamping components;Local Chinese but Proficiency in English or Spanish, willing to travel overseas for extended periods;Honest, reliable, and dedicated to work.
