Client Success Specialist - Web Marketing

We are looking for a Web Marketing Specialist to join our team to help with new website client onboarding. This position will work with legal professionals and law firm clients through the build-out of their websites and going over the best practices for their success.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Systems, or related field.
• Advanced English proficiency, verbal and written (C1 / C2 level or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a client services role (e.g., call center) is a plus.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in office / productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace)
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet challenging deadlines.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office while constantly maintaining a friendly and positive can-do attitude.
