The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer requests, negotiating increments and decrements with customers, and ensuring request completion while respecting company values and objectives.
This role involves supporting the customer service team, assisting with calls and correspondence, and elaborating embarkation programs to guarantee accurate balancing at loading, unloading, and preparation for embarkation.
Key tasks include ASN shipping and paper processing, supervising follow-up of critics and supply of goods and sales, generating sales reports, confirming regular shipment quantities and production schedules, and maintaining correct usage of accumulated and requested materials by the customer.
Required skills and qualifications include an industrial or logistics background, at least 3 years of experience in customer service in the automotive industry, knowledge of SAP, experience dealing with OEMs, and conversational English skills.
