Key Responsibilities :

• Install, calibrate, and maintain automated equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues with automated systems. Perform on-site repairs and adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment.
• Respond to service calls and correct equipment failures and faults.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance logs and repair reports.
• Recommend improvements to service processes and equipment design.
