Job type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for TaxNitro (GHL) via email, Zoom, and support portal.
  • Record Loom video walkthroughs to help clients understand and use Tax Nitro effectively.
  • Lead client onboarding : schedule, host, and follow up on onboarding calls.
  • Complete Snapshot buildouts following our internal systems, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Handle billing, admin tasks, and communicate updates to the team.
  • If GHL Expert — doing custom buildouts for clients.

Top 3 Must-Have Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of GoHighLevel.
  • Great communication skills (written and verbal) — as they’ll be on Zoom with clients conducting onboarding calls.

    • Soft Skills

  • Clear Communicator : Ability to explain workflows and features in simple, client-friendly language; able to communicate with the team clearly via Zoom / Slack.
  • Detail Oriented : Ensures company processes are being followed and double checks work thoroughly prior to delivering to client.
  • Resourceful : Looks for answers and attempts to solve problems by themselves prior to reaching out for solutions from other team members.
  • Time Management : Ability to manage tasks efficiently & balance multiple projects.
  • Positive Attitude : Friendly individual who makes the work environment enjoyable.
  • Coachable : Open to feedback and eager to learn new features within GHL.
  • 90-day probation period, followed by salary re-evaluation.
  • Bonuses provided once a year based on company and individual performance.
  • Payroll : every other week (26 times a year).
