This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering value through internal sales support.Key Responsibilities : Assist with building a sales funnel generating opportunities by phone / email with select Target AccountsFor select Target Accounts, remove obstacles, clarify conflicting information, and identify alternatives for parts not readily available.Proactive support of forecast, blankets, and backlog.Act as the initial point of contact for end-of-life guidance to focus customers.Assist with quotation coordination and follow-upDevelop and maintain rapport with the Omron Sales team and assigned customers.Identify and present new ideas for improved processes and procedures.Plans and completes assignments within customer expectations / deadlines.Prioritize and handle multiple work assignments across multiple customers (20-40)Interact with Direct Customers, Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain Management, and Finance.Initiate new customer setup in JD Edwards ERP systemProvide support activities in the Supplier Portals for designated customersFacilitate completion of customer new supplier set up processContinually keeping up with competing products and technologies.What we’re looking for : Bachelor’s degree.3–5 years of B2B customer support experience (or 2+ years at Omron with JDE / CRM).Advanced English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).Experience working with an international company serving customers in the US / Canada or Europe in English.Candidates with experience living and working in the US or Canada are highly desirable.Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation is a plus.
