IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee infrastructure-related initiatives. This role involves managing a wide range of projects, from cloud migration and network upgrades to server implementations and data center enhancements. The position is well-suited for a proactive and adaptable project manager who can balance technical delivery with strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, timeframes, and budgets.
• Serve as the key interface between business units and technical delivery teams.
• Lead IT infrastructure projects covering networks, servers, cloud, and IT security.
• Work closely with technical teams and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Oversee external implementation partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Coordinate delivery within procurement, legal, and compliance frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting throughout all phases.
• Support effective rollout and adoption of new platforms and systems across the organization.
• Facilitate structured knowledge transfer and operational handover to ensure long-term sustainability.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide documentation, including infrastructure architecture, service management processes, and disaster recovery frameworks.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL-aligned operational practices and governance standards.
• Drive project reporting, stakeholder updates, and governance processes.
