Descripción del trabajo3 to 5 years of proven experience in technical program / project management or specialized technical analysis. Experience at Walmart or in retail is ideal. Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (business, engineering, suppliers). Fluency in English, with strong reading comprehension and oral expression skills. Results-oriented, with the ability to work in complex technological modernization environments. Proficiency in project management tools : Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Planner, Excel.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Required knowledge
- Program management principles (techniques, tools, frameworks).
- System / platform design and architecture (cloud, infrastructure, data, security).
- Engineering standards and practices (APIs, CI / CD, SRE, ITIL).
- Knowledge of Project Management and Scrum Master.
- Business concepts and metrics relevant to the domain.
