Position Overview
We're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving customer acquisition and engagement through strategic Facebook and Instagram advertising, email marketing campaigns, and optimized landing page experiences. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social Media Advertising
- Develop, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS
- Conduct A / B testing on ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights
Email Marketing
Create and execute email marketing campaigns using KlaviyoDevelop automated email sequences and customer journey flowsSegment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagementAnalyze email performance metrics and optimize for open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsLanding Page Optimization
Build and optimize landing pages for Facebook ad campaigns (WordPress preferred)Ensure landing pages are conversion-focused and mobile-responsiveImplement tracking and analytics to measure page performanceCollaborate with design freelancers to ensure cohesive visual brandingAnalytics & Reporting
Track and report on key performance metrics across all channelsUse data insights to inform strategy and campaign optimizationsMaintain organized documentation of campaign performance and learningsRequired Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on paid social mediaProven experience managing Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertisingExperience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar)Experience with landing page creation and managementStrong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and Facebook AnalyticsUnderstanding of conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution modelsExcellent written English communication skills for ad copy and email content creationReliable internet connection and availability during US business hours (flexible schedule)Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Facebook Pixel implementation and custom conversionsKnowledge of email deliverability best practicesProficiency in WordPress for landing page developmentFamiliarity with landing page optimization tools and techniquesExperience working with creative freelancers and providing design directionBackground in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer marketingGoogle Ads or Facebook Blueprint certificationsWhat We Offer
