Job Title : Paid Ads Specialist
This is a full-time role where you will partner with our Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep data clean, experiments disciplined, and results measurable.
- Lead Google Tag Manager implementation and governance (clean taxonomy, QA, consent, events).
- Owning Google Analytics 4 : property / admin hygiene, conversions, audiences, explorations, and insight generation.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen and performance) with rigorous testing and pacing.
- Managing Google Ads as a secondary channel (Search, Performance Max, Display / YouTube) with clear KPIs and budget stewardship.
Responsibilities :
Build repeatable workflows for A / B & multivariate testing, audience strategy, and creative iteration.Maintain airtight tracking across platforms; debug discrepancies and document fixes.Use AI tools (prompting, automation, analysis) to speed up research, QA, reporting, and creative ideation.Collaborate with Digital Team and Account Executives; report to the Digital Marketing Manager.Requirements :
2+ years hands-on in performance marketing / measurement.Exceptional attention to detail; self-starter who hits deadlines.Up-to-date on platform changes, privacy, and analytics best practices.Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting insights.Benefits :
