About the role

Responsable de liderar la estrategia y ejecución de campañas de medios tradicionales y digitales para las marcas de Reckitt Core, coordinando con agencias y equipos internos para asegurar resultados alineados con los objetivos de negocio.

Your responsibilities

Gestionar con agencia de medios la estrategia de campañas tradicionales y digitales para las marcas de Reckitt Core, asegurando alineación con los objetivos de negocio.

Coordinar con agencias externas y equipos internos la implementación de campañas, garantizando el cumplimiento de presupuestos, tiempos y KPIs.

Monitorear y analizar resultados de campañas en medios tradicionales y digitales, generando insights accionables para optimizar el desempeño.

Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de marca para definir y ajustar estrategias de comunicación y medios.

Gestionar la inversión en medios, tanto tradicionales como digitales, optimizando el rendimiento por plataforma, canal y formato.

The experience we're looking for

Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicación, Administración o afín.

Certificaciones en plataformas de Media (Meta, Google, Netflix, etc).

Mínimo 2 años gestionando campañas digitales y tradicionales, preferentemente en plataformas de eRetail.

Experiencia trabajando con agencias de medios y equipos de marca.

Deseable experiencia en categorías de consumo masivo.

Inglés medio (oral y escrito) para coordinación con equipos regionales y agencias internacionales.

Organización y responsabilidad para dar seguimiento a múltiples campañas y stakeholders. Pensamiento analítico y enfoque en resultados.

Comunicación efectiva y trabajo colaborativo.

Excel avanzado para análisis de datos y reporteo.
