Rate : $10 - $18 USD hourly / $1,600 - $2,880 USD monthly / $19,200 - $34,560 annually

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting client growth. You will manage the full prospecting cycle, from research and outreach to follow-ups and relationship building. You’ll also support marketing and operational initiatives to ensure smooth processes and strong client engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Sales Support :
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and industry networks.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects that fit the company’s target customer profile.
- Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting to generate leads and set consultation appointments.
- Follow up consistently with leads and clients to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Manage CRM tools to track interactions, monitor progress, and support customer retention.
- Generate reports on sales performance, providing insights for strategy improvement.
- Prepare and send accurate client invoices and quotes, handling any inquiries or discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records, ensuring transactions are properly categorized.
Marketing Support :
Manage and optimize email campaigns using Google Sheets and AI tools to improve engagement and conversions.Provide input on email flows to enhance effectiveness (without engineering complex automation or writing copy).Implement LinkedIn strategies to grow the professional network and generate new opportunities.Create simple marketing visuals (e.g., infographics, posters) using Canva to support campaigns.Assist in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing referral program performance.Operations Support :
Track and manage timesheets to support accurate payroll processing.Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of sales and marketing initiatives.What You Should Have
Must-haves :
Minimum of four years of experience in Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Operations.At least one year of experience working remotely with clients / companies from the US, UK, CA, and / or AU.Background in administration and operations assistance, and project management.Experience with Google Suite, Asana, LinkedIn Navigator, Slack, and Canva.High energy, passion for interacting with people, and commitment to caring for others.Proven and consistent track record of getting work done.Strong career drive and curiosity to learn.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a preference for a neutral North American accent.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.Technology Specifications :
