What you’ll do
- Monitor and service a loan portfolio, ensuring payments are on track and identifying potential issues early.
- Support borrowers with empathy while managing repayment requirements.
- Handle early-stage delinquency, workouts, and modifications.
- Collaborate with credit and portfolio management teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Contribute to process improvements and tech integrations to make servicing more efficient.
What we’re looking for
3+ years in loan servicing, collections, or credit operations.Strong grasp of delinquency management and loan monitoring.Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.Organized, analytical, and tech-savvy (CRM / loan servicing systems experience a plus).Team player with adaptability in a mission-driven environment.Why join
