Research Opportunities

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting client project and business development research needs, conducting thorough data analysis to identify key trends and inconsistencies.

You will be responsible for managing large datasets, developing customized research products, and contributing to the development of research storylines. Additionally, you will collaborate with junior research colleagues and the global Knowledge Services team to share insights and provide coaching.

Our ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. They will also possess advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools, as well as a commitment to self-development and a growth mindset.

The Research Analyst will be embedded within our Financial Services Practice, requiring strong collaboration with Senior Research Analysts, Financial Services Research Managers, Practice leaders, Consultants, and Senior Practice-Aligned Consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support client project and business development research needs : Develop research requirements, conduct timely and cost-effective research tailored to specific needs, and deliver well-synthesized research outputs from multiple sources.
• Data Management & Analysis : Manage large datasets, conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends and inconsistencies, and develop advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Customized Research Products : Contribute to or lead the development of customized research products, including sector / company fact-packs, benchmarks, and trend analyses.
• Storyline Development : Contribute to the development of research storylines, supporting point-of-view reports and marketing collateral.
• Collaboration & Coaching : Collaborate with junior research colleagues and the global Knowledge Services team to share insights and provide coaching.
