We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our global consulting team and help tackle real-world challenges using advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary, high-impact team working across consulting, health, wealth, and career businesses, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business leaders.

If you’re passionate about building scalable ML solutions, experimenting with cutting-edge AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG), and driving data-informed decisions for major enterprise clients, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and deploy robust ML models and intelligent data pipelines for AI-powered applications.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to uncover insights and boost performance.
  • Translate complex business problems into scalable analytical use cases.
  • Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle : from data prep and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data (including text & NLP) to develop generative AI solutions.
  • Define and promote best practices in validation, reproducibility, documentation, and versioning.
  • Partner with engineering to bring models into production using CI / CD pipelines and cloud-native services.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in AI : RAG, LLMs, embeddings, Databricks, and more.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI roles.
  • Strong Python skills (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
  • Proficiency in SQL and modern ETL frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks (notebooks, MLflow, Delta Lake, orchestration).
  • Experience with Git workflows and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, or prompt engineering.
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalable model deployment.
  • Knowledge of ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, DVC, SageMaker, Vertex AI, DataBricks).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Math, or a related field.
