We are looking for a Business Intelligence to support our Sales and Customer Success (CSM) teams in understanding client business scenarios, identifying optimization opportunities, and shaping strategic recommendations. This role serves as a key link between commercial teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of our voice AI solutions and improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and CSM teams to understand client business processes, challenges, and goals.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client industries and operational models.
- Identify improvement areas in existing voicebot strategies and suggest actionable enhancements.
- Translate client needs into structured proposals and optimization strategies.
- Support sales with solution design, business use case development, and pre-sales documentation.
- Collaborate with internal product and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation of proposed solutions.
- Track performance metrics and analyze voicebot and customer engagement data to derive insights.
- Help build playbooks, case studies, and industry-specific business scenarios.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field.2+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, customer success, or solution design—preferably in SaaS, PaaS or CaaS.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both English and Spanish.Experience working with sales / CS teams and / or directly engaging with clients.Familiarity with contact center operations, customer service workflows, or AI / automation solutions is a strong plus.Proficient in creating business reports, client-facing materials, and process documentation.A Big plus :
