Base pay range

$173,000.00 / yr - $173,000.00 / yr

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Data Scientist in Americas .

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how data drives strategy, innovation, and growth. You\'ll partner with cross-functional teams to design predictive models, uncover insights, and translate complex analytics into actionable business decisions. This role goes beyond reporting — you\'ll help the company move from analyzing the past to forecasting and influencing the future. With access to a modern data stack, you\'ll apply advanced analytics and machine learning in impactful ways while working in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities

  • In this role, you will : Design and deploy predictive models to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Experience teams to identify high-impact opportunities for modeling and experimentation
  • Build prototypes and production-ready models in Python, leveraging modern tools such as Snowflake and dbt
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and extensible pipelines for advanced analytics
  • Translate complex model outputs into clear recommendations for senior leadership
  • Contribute to the design of analytics capabilities that can extend into customer-facing products

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or advanced analytics
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL, with the ability to work with large datasets and build end-to-end models
  • Experience developing forecasting, classification, or scoring models in business contexts
  • Familiarity with modern data workflows and tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Hex, or Streamlit
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bonus : experience embedding ML insights into applications or customer-facing products
