This role will initially focus on simpler tasks, such as booking and scheduling calls with potential clients , but will expand into broader business development responsibilities — including identifying opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and supporting sales and marketing strategies — as the candidate gains traction. Key Responsibilities
- Book and schedule qualified calls for the leadership team.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing on growth strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects.
- Negotiate and close profitable contracts.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketingExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and market research abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and Google SuiteProven track record in building long-term client relationshipsPreferred : Experience in real estate or related industriesWhat’s Offered
