Resumen de Posición

Ensure manufactured parts (welding and machining) meet engineering specifications.

Verify that documents from BGM comply with standards and prepare quality compliance documents.

Responsabilidades Esenciales

Visual inspection of received manufacturing conditions.

Dimensional inspection of materials per engineering drawings.

Preparation and distribution of non-conforming product and rejection reports.

Control and disposition of materials post-inspection.

Additional Activities

Control and organize photographic / documentary evidence of material reception.

Inspect, validate, and control quality compliance documents (CMTR, reports).

Prepare and manage quality documents (ITPs, certificates).

Manage non-conforming product reports.

Document manufacturing process evidence.

Responsibilities

Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S standards.

Conduct monthly safety observations and propose improvements.

Ensure safety for yourself and colleagues during operations.

Follow workload and report discrepancies.

Transport pumps between assembly and testing areas securely.

Requisitos del Puesto

Education : Industrial engineering or related field.

Experience : 2 years in a similar role.

Technical Skills : Knowledge of metrology, ASTM, ASME, NACE standards; use of measurement instruments and software; ERP and MS Office proficiency; English 70% (spoken and written); knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2015 standard.
