Senior Legal Manager Opportunity in LATAM

This position requires a seasoned legal professional to oversee and consolidate the legal function across all of LATAM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate governance, contract negotiation, employment law, and mergers and acquisitions.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and legal compliance, overseeing risk management, and integrating multiple entities resulting from recent acquisitions. Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring compliance with labor, tax, commercial, environmental, and regulatory requirements across LATAM.
• Leading corporate governance and consolidation of legal entities, including proper integration of acquisitions.
• Overseeing mergers & acquisitions processes : due diligence, negotiation, closing, and post-integration alignment.
• Providing strategic legal support to leadership and Business Units on contracts, regulatory, labor, corporate, and litigation matters.
• Managing relationships with external law firms, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with standards.
• Coordinating and aligning local legal teams under a unified compliance and governance framework.
• Promoting a culture of compliance, business ethics, and legal risk awareness through training and guidance.
