About the Job

• Deliver and facilitate comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of the Crystal Experts for (SR, IR, MUB, MOB business).
• Lead in store coaching / role plays as a part of the training process to Crystal Experts.
• Manage report and follow up on the E-Learning platform of the assigned courses from Global to Crystal Experts.
• Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training and the performance of Crystal Experts.
• Demonstrate tireless spirit, desire to add value, and commitment to continuous improvement.
