Job Overview :
The Regional Payroll Manager role is pivotal in driving payroll strategy, optimizing processes and supporting cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal and Compliance teams.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
- Manage payroll systems and interfaces, troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with HR to validate employee records.
- Prepare monthly reports, general ledger postings and year-end filings; respond to audits and tax authority inquiries.
- Address employee payroll inquiries, union dues processing and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Lead payroll-related projects and drive process improvements aligned with Finance goals.
Requirements :
12+ years of payroll experience in multinational environments.Proven track record managing payroll for 7,000–10,000 employees.Expertise in Workday, HCM platforms and local payroll providers.Strong understanding of payroll flow, compliance and tax regulations.CPP certification preferred.What We Offer :
