Regional Payroll Operations Director

Job Overview :

The Regional Payroll Manager role is pivotal in driving payroll strategy, optimizing processes and supporting cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal and Compliance teams.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Manage payroll systems and interfaces, troubleshoot data issues and coordinate with HR to validate employee records.
• Prepare monthly reports, general ledger postings and year-end filings; respond to audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Address employee payroll inquiries, union dues processing and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Lead payroll-related projects and drive process improvements aligned with Finance goals.
