Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in data, analytics, or cloud environments.
• Experience managing data engineering or analytics teams, or collaborating closely with technical roles such as Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, BI Developers, etc.
• Solid understanding of analytics platforms and modern data stacks (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI, dbt, Snowflake, etc.).
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects or clients, meeting SLAs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish .
