We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow our industrial customer base. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of industry experience, preferably from a distributor background, with a proven track record in account management, business development, and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of industrial accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within target industries and drive sales growth.
- Provide technical and commercial support to customers, aligning solutions with their operational needs.
- Develop account strategies, including pricing, product positioning, and service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless customer service.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews for management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience in account management or sales within industrial markets.Background in distribution industry strongly preferred.Experience in the lubricants, industrial water treatment, or institutional cleaning productsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
