Today, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Part-Time) who understands both the art and the discipline of managing clients, running high-budget advertising campaigns, and steering growth with data-driven clarity.

What You Will Do Client Relationship & Strategy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Build trust-driven relationships and guide clients through strategic decisions on performance marketing.
- Translate client objectives into structured marketing plans across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
High-Budget Campaign Oversight
Manage and optimize campaigns involving large advertising budgets , ensuring efficient allocation and measurable growth.Evaluate spend distribution, ROAS trends, performance anomalies, and scaling opportunities.Work directly with performance specialists to guide execution based on strategic priorities.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Deliver structured updates—weekly, monthly, or as needed—highlighting insights, actions taken, and next steps.Identify performance gaps early and recommend corrective strategies grounded in data.Maintain consistency in reporting formats to support retention and clarity.Client Retention & Experience
Resolve client concerns proactively through clear explanations and practical recommendations.Support new client onboarding : strategy alignment, expectation setting, and tools / platform setup.Contribute to retention strategies, internal improvements, and identifying upsell opportunities that genuinely align with client needs.What Makes You a Strong Fit Core Requirements
3–7 years of experience in digital marketing account management.Proven hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .Ability to convert raw performance data into actionable insights.Strong communication skills—clear, structured, and confident.Experience handling multiple clients and maintaining organized documentation.Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Professional Mindset
Calm, solution-focused approach when challenges arise.Strong sense of ownership and accountability for client outcomes.Ability to simplify complex advertising concepts for non-technical clients.Structured thinking : able to create timelines, track progress, and manage priorities.Technical Competencies
Familiarity with common workflow tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Slack).Ability to audit campaigns, identify wasted spend, and build clear optimization plans.Understanding of funnel strategy, attribution, creative testing, audience expansion, and scaling frameworks.What We Offer
