The Role : Account Manager (Inbound Business)

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and ambitious Account Manager to oversee our inbound business. Managing client programs, coordinating activations, and ensuring our high standards are delivered flawlessly.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to U.S. clients, working closely with our global team to execute campaigns across retail, events, and experiential channels.

This is not a typical "Account Management job" it’s an opportunity to lead, grow, and make an immediate impact as part of our first expansion into Mexico.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and nurture relationships with U.S. clients running inbound activations
• Coordinate event logistics, staffing, and timelines across multiple campaigns
• Review photos, reports, and recaps before client delivery
• Partner with our creative, sales, reporting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Track budgets, deliverables, and results using our internal systems (HubSpot, Google Workspace, PUSH Control)
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
• Support and help shape the culture of our growing Mexico team
