Roles & Responsibilities :
Well versed with pharmaceutical market insights and business processes to generate a new targeted number of leads for assigned market.
(Prospecting : Identifying new clients who are willing to discuss possible business opportunities).
To achieve business KPIs for assigned market.
To prepare the business proposals for dossier licensing and supply, distributor appointment.
Attending the client site meetings and business conferences.
To ensure that all the required information is received from the client.
To participate in all the relevant commercial and techno-commercial activities of the key accounts assigned to self.
Preparation and updating of Country wise Portfolio Trackers, Monthly update to management on Portfolio and discussion with Cross functional teams.
Managing MIS and Dashboards for time-to-time Portfolio update to the management.
Leverage existing knowledge management systems and ensure availability of information to all stake holders at any point of time.
Skills / Abilities
Highly effective communication skills and the confidence and cultural sensitivity to work effectively across a global enterprise
Business acumen, Attention to detail; oral / written communications.
Strong basic computer & presentation skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently or in a collaborative environment.
