We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to connect with U.S. clients, qualify high-value opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth of our company. Identify & Qualify Leads : Research and prospect U.S. companies, generating a consistent pipeline of opportunities.Build Relationships : Reach out through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to engage decision-makers and nurture interest.Partner with Sales : Set qualified meetings, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.Track & Report : Manage leads in CRM, analyze pipeline data, and optimize outreach strategies.Stay Ahead : Keep sharp on U.S. market trends, staffing needs, and competitor moves to inform strategy.✅ What You Bring
3+ years in BDR, SDR, or sales-related rolesProven success working with U.S. clients in a B2B environmentStrong communication and negotiation skills in EnglishFluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales toolsComfortable working remotely and independentlyBased in Mexico or Costa Rica , with flexibility to occasionally travel for team meetups🎁 What’s In It For You
