Business Development Representative

Stateside is a nearshore staff augmentation partner helping high-growth U.S. tech companies scale with elite LATAM talent. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to connect with U.S. clients, qualify high-value opportunities, and contribute directly to the growth of our company. You’ll be the first touchpoint in the client journey—building trust, generating leads, and fueling long-term partnerships.

  • 💼 What You’ll Do

  • Identify & Qualify Leads : Research and prospect U.S. companies, generating a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build Relationships : Reach out through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events to engage decision-makers and nurture interest.
  • Partner with Sales : Set qualified meetings, ensuring smooth handoffs and alignment on client needs.
  • Track & Report : Manage leads in CRM, analyze pipeline data, and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Stay Ahead : Keep sharp on U.S. market trends, staffing needs, and competitor moves to inform strategy.
  • ✅ What You Bring

  • 3+ years in BDR, SDR, or sales-related roles
  • Proven success working with U.S. clients in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
  • Fluent in Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales tools
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Based in Mexico or Costa Rica , with flexibility to occasionally travel for team meetups
